Aairavat Lease Co1 Ltd (AaLC1) is an Ireland based Limited Liability company engaged in the financing and leasing of aircraft.

Established in 2023, the firm has a diverse mix of talent well versed with intricacies of the business. We are South Asia experts and the firm has bid for the purchase of aircraft portfolios on lease to airlines with Tier1 credit in the South Asia geography.

AaLC1 is initially focused on the South Asia geography keeping in mind our experience with the region, the growth potential of the region, geopolitical dynamics, lessor concentration and credit risk and a strategic plan to attract more investors from the region.

 

We purchase narrowbody aircraft with leases attached from counterparties.

 

The initial year will consist of building a portfolio of 7 – 10 aircraft all on lease to a specific geography. Year 2 and Year 3 will see the portfolio size increasing but a continued focus on the South Asian region. New geographies will be introduced in Year 4 and 5.

 

We expect the portfolio to reach USD 2bn by asset value by the end of year 3.
